Victoria Moore
Associate Artistic Director
Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Modern

Victoria is a native of Raleigh and an alumna of the North Carolina Dance Institute (NCDI). Before finding NCDI, she trained with world-renowned choreographers such as Stacey Tookey, Travis Wall, Sonya Tayeh and Misha Gabriel - as a competitive dancer. Wanting to focus on technique training, she began dancing at NCDI.

She was a member of Ronnie West's Black Irish Contemporary Hip Hop Company and danced in the company's productions of Organ, Shade and LIT. While dancing is her niche, Victoria's love for the arts extends to theatre. She has performed in Theatre Raleigh's The WOLF and Midsummer Night's Dream under the direction of Lauren Kennedy, and choreographed the summer productions of Hairspray and Peter Pan. Early in her career, Victoria discovered her love for teaching and choreographing. She has been on the NCDI teaching faculty since 2016. Her work has been featured across the Triangle, Wake County's public schools and dance competitions. She finds joy in sharing her love for jazz, contemporary, modern and musical theatre with the NCDI students.

Beginning Fall 2023, we are thrilled to announce Victoria will step into the role of Associate Artistic Director. Victoria looks forward to working alongside her long-time teacher, friend and mentor, Kirstie. Victoria will be instrumental in furthering NCDI's mission of providing quality technical instruction within a vibrant, welcoming community to the next generation of dancers.
