 The 2015 Summer Showcase
This performance of Your Songs was the culmination of two intense weeks of rehearsals with 50 talented dancers exploring the music of Elton John. We chose songs that told a story and stand as an anthem to 70's rock and roll music. Elton's music is still relevant today, forty-five years later. Thank you to all the dancers, choreographers, assistants and parents who made this show a wonderful success. So much fun for everyone. |

NCDI student Gage Gordon performed the role of the Young Prince in Carolina Ballet's The Nutcracker.
Kirstie's introductory remarks appeared in the program and on the Carolina Performing Arts blog.

The 2011 Summer Showcase, Past, Present & Future, marked the 10 year anniversary for NCDI. The performance at Wakefield auditorium was the culmination of two weeks of intense rehearsals, physical endurance, and brain power. It’s amazing to see how much these young dancers can learn in such a short time, and their pride shined through as they performed. Thank you to all the dancers, choreographers, assistants and parents who made this show another success that

 The 2010 Summer Showcase
The 2010 Summer Showcase, Random Acts of Dance, was a two-week dance camp intensive featuring original, high-energy jazz, modern, and hip-hop choreography that culminated in a professional performance at the Wakefield auditorium. This bi-annual event is a great performance opportunity for NCDI dancers and open by audition to other dancers in our community. Many thanks to the dancers, teachers, and parent volunteers who really made this performance a success. |
